Harlington Allotments

Harlington AllotmentsFurlong Road Harlington

Secretary : Mick Reilly contact here

Treasurer :  Angela Cheesmond

Originally set aside for coal miners recreation, the site has 28 full plots some of which have been changed into half plots to satisfy demand.

The site is 'self-managed' and as such gets no funds from Doncaster Council nor the Parish Council.  Being 'self-managed' the Barnburgh and Harlington's Allotments committee has to maintain the site and the perimeter hedge which abuts onto Furlong Road.  Whilst the site attracts no financial support from Local Authorities it does have to pay ground rent to Doncaster Council.

Prospective tenants should register their interests with the secretary in writing,
